Capstone is seeking a House Manager for our Residential Program department.  The House Manager will oversee daily operations, staff, and resident care to ensure a safe, supportive and compliant living environment for two Residential Programs.   

Associate's  degree or related field with at lease five (3-5) years of experience working with developmentally disabled persons is preferred.  Degree may be waived by experience on a year-to-year basis if sufficient training and skills merit such a waiver.  

Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing group homes and experience with compliance audit's is a plus.

Must pass level II background screening, have a valid Florida drivers' license and good driving record.  Social Security Card and High School Diploma or GED are required.
