Full time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm position available for Maintenance Specialist.  High School diploma/GED preferred.  Knowledge of basic maintenance of buildings, ground and equipment.  Must be able to use basic hand tools and perform janitorial services.  Must be of high moral character and possess sound judgment, respect and empathy for disabled persons.  Must have a valid Florida Drivers License and good driving record.  Must pass background screening.
